Most of these clubs I bought back in 2001, so quite a while ago. The TaylorMade Steel 200 irons set was my first real set of clubs after I picked up the game and after I used to borrow clubs from friends. I wasn’t properly fitted but it worked for me pretty well. Especially the 2-iron is one of my favourite clubs I own. If you compress the ball properly a 2-iron it lots of fun: straight as an arrow and long enough to sometimes outdrive others playing with their drivers. All the irons look like blades but they are in fact very forgiving.

Later I added proper wedges to the set as I could get my hands on the approach wedge matching the clubs.

Very recently I further added a new putter and a new driver. I bought those because I still regularly play these clubs, mostly on travel as I tend to leave my expensive clubs at home—for security reasons. You never know.

The driver is a pre-owned RocketBallz Stage 2 with standard length, regular shaft and 10.5° loft. I hit the ball quite well with it and I really like the feel and sound to it. Probably the shaft is a bit too long for my liking, so I might shorten it some time soon.
