Brrrr, it’s getting cold and miserable outside!

The 2014 golf season is likely to end very soon in Continental Europe. Days are getting shorter, the weather is getting colder and even fog, rain and storm is just around the corner and could hit this area anytime. So when people put winter tyres on their cars, then you know playing golf is a tough thing: more layers of clothes, warmer and thicker stuff, two gloves probably and what I hate the most: rain attire.

How do you like the change of seasons and what do you do when you realise you have a tee time in an hour and it’s pouring down like crazy?

UPDATE:
It turns out that the weather improved quite a bit over the last days. So yesterday evening I played a nice round at 17°C and took this picture. I take everything back what I said about lousy weather in Germany. Playing an end October round of golf in t-shirt and getting distracted by sunsets like this… guess there’s nothing to complain about.
